Unopinionated Design

Opinionated design is not always good. But unopinionated design is always bad.

A frightening example of really bad design, with no plan and no thought taken to how someone should understand anything about the system without lots of painful memorization and painstaking care not to click the wrong button

Developers, don’t abdicate on design!
